Google Doodle is celebrating the life of Michiyo Tsujimara, who is known for her incredible research into the nutritional benefits of green tea. She discovered Vitamin C as one of the first molecular compounds in green tea and was able to isolate catechin and tannin, the two components that make green tea taste bitter.
